Why HDF

HDF is suited for ambitious people who may be unsatisfied with their present results in the gym. I have more than thirty years of professional experience in the field of fitness and bodybuilding. You will discover in my training sessions that you can drastically transform your body composition in a relatively short time.

Dieting without training?

No way, not with me.

Training without dieting?

Only if you have time to waste. Training without a proper diet is a recipe for disaster, especially if you are over forty or a competing fitness athlete.

What is cycle training and cycle dieting?

The human body works in cycles; some of these cycles are directly related to the bodies adaptation to physical efforts and diet changes. These body cycles may last from hours/days to months. I will provide you with the proper changes (when needed) in your training and diet programs.

How much time I have to invest in my training?

Remember that you are investing first and foremost in your health. For optimal results, expect 3 to 6 training sessions weekly, lasting 30’-90’ each. For lesser results, expect 1-3 sessions weekly.
